How to break into any market in clickbank.

Step.1 Go to clickbank and look for a good selling product (ie high gravity)

There are a few things I look for when selecting a product.

We want a product that has high gravity.

Has being around a while and wont disappear in the morning
A good sales page.
A good product that people will not want a refund.
A product we can cross sell other products with.
Something I know or have experience with.

OK so im in clickbank marketplace,

I go to business to business in the category section.
I sort by highest gravity.

I now look through all the products and get a feel for them, keeping all the above in mind.
I generally look for a gravity of over 100.
After I spend a good 2hr reading through the different products I think im going to settle on registryeasy. It provides all the above and I promoted this product back around 1 year ago and did fairly OK on it.

Step.2 OK now that we have a product, how can we guarantee success promoting it?

Simple, we see what’s already working.
Go to google and type in registryeasy.

OK we now get the above results; we see there are a lot of other people promoting this via PPC.

OK, take a screen shot of the page and save it, now take note of what the URLs are and there position. Write down the date beside the screen shot.

Now lets see who has being advertising through PPC over the last month.

We now have 4 websites which have being running constantly for 5 wks which is a sure sign they are making money. We are now going to examine these websites to see what they are doing that we can improve on.

I will visit each website that has showed consistently, the following information is what I use to judge any website I want to better.

Email capture
Graphics / pictures / symbols
Writing style
Header graphic
Layout / style
Colours
Incentives / Bonus
Reports
Adsense
Bullet points
Table
Video
Pages
POP Up
Comment

From the above 15 points the more of them you provide the greater your chance is of having a very profitable campaign.

Now that ive looked through each website I have come to realise that I will dominate this product as an affiliate. The websites are the old basic review sites that I used years ago. Rubbish in other words!

Let me show you what a good review site should do. Basically we want a visitor to leave through one of the below. I find mind map images really good to use.

How do we do this? Follow me 15 points.

Email capture – OK none of the sites are capturing the email addresses of visitors. We will set up a small email course for people to subscribe to, course content you ask? Why are people visiting your site, to get rid of adware usually and any other bugs on there computer. Go to ezine articles and look for articles about this subject, make a 7 day email course. At the bottom of every email have your affiliate link to the product.

Graphics / pictures / symbols – Very important that your sites look professional, don’t be afraid to use symbols and images but don’t over do. Images increase conversion and the eye will follow them.

Writing style – The websites already working are using a professional writing style where they get you the info straight out, stick to this.

Header graphic – The first thing a person sees when they enter your website, get a header designed to suit the product your promoting, (Im testing this at the moment but I have suspicion to believe that if you use the same colours as your product it will slightly increase conversions)

Layout / style – Tables work very well when reviewing products, I use them a lot!

Colours – Like I said try use the colours of the product your promoting.

Incentives / Bonus – Where you can offer a bonus for anyone who buys through your link, this works like a charm.

Reports – From the email course I will also make a free report that people can download without inserting there email, (some people just don’t give out there email anymore) again the report will hav my affiliate link spread accoss it and I will try get them back to my website through it as they will now trust me from a quality report.

Adsense – For any of my bigger review sites I will have adsense,

Well, I'd say that using this advice will make you an "also ran" in the PPC channel and not an OWNER of the market.

To OWN a market you need or large list yourself or you need to get people with large lists to promote for you.
