Change my aff manager and late payment

Today, two funny things happen to me:
1- My aff manager on CPA Empire change to another guy, too bad I like to previous guy, but I can live with it, I hope this guy is better. But, do network change aff manager easily? Is it a bad or good sign?
2- My Azoogle payment is somewhat late. This is the first payment and it's from June, so I expected to see that check in my mail box already because I need money to continue to invest in something else. My friend said that he already got his check, and he said first payment usually take longer, is that true?

by the way, is craiglist count as a legitimate traffic source to promote offer?

I must admit it's not THAT common to see aff managers change. But it does happen, nothing to worry about.

2) I'd ring your aff manager at azoogle and see what's up? It shows you have nothing to hide and are serious about making money online.

and no craigslist is not. I'm pretty sure it's BlueFart. So don't tell them you're doing this otherwise you won't get paid and will get banned from the network.

You have to remember that affiliate managers are employees. Sometimes they leave for a different employment "gag" opportunity. I don't think you can read anything into it.

You should be able to check your payment history by logging in to your account.

For most networks Craigslist is not a valid traffic source.. It's because most people who use CL to promote use incentives.

Also, the advertisers would like to have CL for themselves

about this, I found the answer myself:
1- My aff manager left the company, so basically, they replace him with another guy, and the new guy rocks, he increase my CPA for a particular offer
2- I asked my aff manager on Azoogle and my payment will be due on July 30/31, I though it's June
3- CL is a legitimate traffic source, although I don't know what is BlueFart, but i do know one thing: I don't incentivize offer with CL
