Default Favorite CPA Course?

I've learned a lot about CPA and even though I do well on it myself I like to take more courses, I like to see what others are doing, etc. So, who do you like for CPA courses? Some of my favorites are ppc coach, keith baxter, gauher chaudry...

1. The Warrior forum
2. WSO's found in the Warrior forum
3. Gauher Chaudhry's free report (basically it's PPCF 1.0 for free)
4. Affiliate Payload (if you really feel like you have to buy a course outside of WF)

Regards,

John

This forum is great for starters and there are other good free CPA forums that are good for coaching, but joining paid communities seem to offer a lot more in depth and detail of CPA marketing.

I'd have to say the best course of them all is the life of hard knocks. I lost a lot before I made a penny. Now i make a lot because I learned the pitfalls, how to avoid them.

There is a lot of wisdom in those words quoted above...

My 2 cents:

A training course can only serve as a guide.

The only way to get experience and gain knowledge is by actually "doing it"

The best "lessons" are those you gain from personal experience.

I could have quit 20+ years ago when I lost $350 on my first direct mail campaign. My wife chided me about my failure and the lost money; believing that was the end of my money making adventures.

I said "hell no, I am not quitting. I just spent $350 to learn what not to do."

I am still at it and yes, I am still paying for life's lessons. But the cost of those lessons is minuscule in comparison to the rewards I have received due to my efforts. Notice that I said "my efforts".

You have to risk time and/or money to get the rewards. No risk - no reward.

Regards,

John

I agree with land - that's how I learnt over the years. However I'll also say that this method takes longer to learn and you have to discover trial & errors by yourself rather than someone just telling you not to take the wrong path. So if the coaching program in genuinely good, you'll be on fast track.

My favorite is PPC classroom.

I tried arbitrage conspiracy and ppcf too.

arbitrage conspiracy teaches you some basic skills but they didnt teach you how to actually make money.

PPCF is not for newbies imo.

I have tried affiliate payload, I loved that course. I havent decided whether I am going to read affiliate arbitrage just yet, I know its a biggie, but I dont personally need it. I just like to learn what others are doing. I find the paid communities to be the best for learning new stuff because people are more willing to share with each other on the paid forums. Just my experience though.

Ever look into the Arbitrage Conspiracy? It's an Aymen course...pretty good (rumor has it, I'm not a PPC guy myself, but hear A TON of great things about it).

I put coaching in another category well above ebooks, courses.

In my opinion, real coaching is the best solution because it combines others knowledge and experience with your experience. It is the most effective and efficient way to achieve your goals.

I didn't mention coaching earlier since the OP asked specifically about courses and most people aren't willing to pay for coaching..

Regards,

John

As Mary said, people are hesitant to reveal secret techniques in "public" forums such as this one. Paid communities are by far the best and worth the money.

Personally I highly recommend PPC Coach which has an amazingly helpful set of forums, great videos and really solid members and support. It's certainly given me the push I needed and after a few months hard work I'm seeing some good results.

I wrote a bit of a Q+A about it on my blog in my signature because so many people were asking about it on other forums...

Let me clarify... when I said "real coaching", I was referring to one-to-one; person-to-person coaching.

As with everything else, there is going to be crap coaching out there whether it be online based, forum based, or a real person.

I have not been in PPC-Coach, Wealthy Affiliate, and others so my comments are not about them.

All that I am saying is that typically one-to-one, person-to-person coaching is the most efficient and effective means of learning that I know.

Regards,

John

PPC Coach is OK. I am an active member of three paid coaching sites and the membership fees are well worth it, IMO. As someone here has already mentioned, successful affiliates are more likely to share the details of their campaigns and methods in a private forum - not out in the open like this. Plus, the tools, video tutorials, support, and networking opportunity is huge.
The methods being taught at the new membership coaching site (AffiliIT.com) are up to date and effective, and IMO much better than what is being offered elsewhere.

Already I have made much more than what it cost to join. And that's just in a few days.

Lot of inormation can be found here in the CPA section for free. Most of the courses just teaches the same stuff again and again. I think, instead of buying a course, just do what you know and keep doing it and then after you have found something which works, then you just need to scale it up.

Zero Friction Marketing is ok... though no real coaching though and the info is already quickly getting outdated. For example, in one of the videos Saj mentions doing dating ads on Myspace which Myspace no longer allows.

PPC Coach is nice because of the community. I think that's where you get the most value from these type of sites.

I owe a ton to Arbitrage Conspiracy for getting me into this world and helping me quit my job!

In the end, as others have said, the key to succeeding in this industry is dedication and determination. If you dont put in the action and dont have a little hustle in you, no course will make you money.

If you have enough determination and hustle, you dont even need a paid course to do well...this forum is gold

AffiliIt actually goes into depth in CPA, PPC, SEO, Article Marketing. The first techniques which are taught are PPC -> CPA offers and Optimizing Landing Pages for SEO.

The PPC Sections are very strongly Focused on CPA.

I did some coaching with philip mansour from cpa-coach.com and it was excellent. My first month, I did $900 in profit all from SEO methods, now I'm doin like $4000 each month from paid methods... only reason why i'm only doing $4000 is because i have a strict budget and have crazy car payment house rent etc. Will get up there soon though

Good coaching is better but will cost an arm and a leg normally. Many people who come into cpa and internet marketing dont have a lot of capital to work with so this is not an option. Membership sites are a good cheaper alternative because you can interact with people who are at or above your level and learn a lot that way.
