Default Newie Question - Definition Of CPA Terms?

Hi Guys,

I'm new to CPA and have recently been accepted into my first network.

I want to promote a specific campaign primarily using Adwords PPC. The thing is that in the description of the campaign they state that 'Promotions Not Allowed are:

Search, DLS, RegPath, SocialNet, Host And Post / Whitelabel

And the Promotions Allowed are:

Web and Email

Can somebody please tell me what the definition of 'Web' and 'Search' are for CPA and whether in this instance I can use Adwords to promote this campaign. I've tried emailing my affiliate manager, but as yet haven't had a reply.

Thanks for any help
Regards
Rob.

You can't use adwords, ysm, adcenter and another ppc to get more traffics for that offer.

Web=means you can put the offer on your website or you can buy a banner or text ad on someone else site for the offer.
SEARCH:Means keyword targeting like google adword. If an offer allow search traffic, that means you can use google adword..if the terms states search not allowed, that means you can`t use keyword targeting in adword. But you can do placement targeting using adword.
Understand adword before throwing in money.Yes it can the most profitable way to get traffic to cpa but at the same time you could lose your shirt.Just my 2p.Good luck...

You should get in touch with your affiliate manager. He/She should be able to help you find a similar offer which allows use of Adwords or even develop a campaign that is appropriate for your methods. Always chat with your affiliate manager, they can be very helpful at times like these.
