I have been doing CPS for about 5 years now and CPA for 1.5 yrs. CPS or Cost per sale offers stay for a long time and do not expire like cost per acquisition/action offer. The reason being merchants only pay you commission when a sale is made for CPS, whereas for they need to pay you for a lead in CPA no matter if the lead is good or bad (that's why they shave off some leads). So while you are focusing on CPA offers out there, it becomes a bit difficult to have long term goals, unless you become really good at switching offers within the same niche. This can be a challenge for form fill offers and is easy to do in email/zip submits. It's good to promote CPS for long term benefits and CPA for short to mid-term. |
