Yep. Real fertile ground for litigation. Definitely proceed at your own risk, especially if you're popping-up something over a website that the website owner does not appreciate.

Great! Thanks for the warning. But it seems to be standard practice to bid on domains in PPV. Does that mean that there are some domains that it's legally OK to bid or is it just that you're less likely to get caught if you focus on the smaller ones? Thanks, Andy |
