I'm gone through tons and tons of information related to PPV networks and would like to know which PPV network has given you the best results in terms of traffic, conversion and spend.

Also did you find that your offers convert better by using a landing page or direct link?

adon had no success for me. MediaTraffic is better, but still having a little trouble breaking even.
