Google Adwords URL Size

I wish to direct my traffic to a certain page on my website but Google has dissapproved my ads because the URL is too large. I have used Tiny and other software programs but Google seems to reject all of these URL's.

Would anyone wish to comment on how I can legitimitely direct traffic to a particular page on my site? I was of the opinion that relevance was the cornerstone of Google's policies yet when they explain why my ad is rejected they advise per their help pop up to route to your homepage which is irrelevant to my ads????
