How much you can make via 1,000,000 media-buy banner traffic?

some of my friend have 1M(1,000,000) banner impressions per day,he made less than $200 per day in adsense,these traffic all come from US/CA/UK/AU

so,if he turns in CPA,as a noob,how much he can make in the first month?

and also,how much you can make by using this traffic?

i dont know how much he paid for this,must under $200 per day,lol...

he just mentioned that these traffic are legit traffic,at least Google paid him.
