How to Capitalize on this traffic

I have a couple of sites that rank very well for keyword terms that are "keyword side effects", "keyword scam". Do these types of keywords make money?

What are the best ways to get these searches to make me money?

Try KeywordDiscovery or
try adsense Google keyword (totally free). This will show you if there is high or low competition and how many searches per month there is.

Hey bruha, one thing that comes to mind is if 'keyword' is an actual product name maybe you can find an alternative solution (with an affiliate program) that doesn't have the same side effects and is not a scam that you can point your site visitors to that.

If they're searching for the 'side effects' and the 'scam' of one thing, they're clearly interested in what 'keyword' is offering but are worried about their well being using it...it stands to reason they'd be amenable to the alternative solution you're providing them with.
