Need some help with finding leads

Ok I been on the forums for sometime now and I can't find what Im looking for. I am looking for a solid way to generate small leads for my cpa offers. If there is anyone out there who can help that would be great. I know I know test test test but I been testing PLEASE HELP SOMEONE.

What are you doing right now?Using ppc or ppv?We need to know what you have tried to be able to help you.

Well right now I'm generating leads using my sig in related forums. But I really want to try out polls and see how that goes for me. Just don't know how to set it up right. I'm looking through google trends but not sure how to pick a niche that is not already to packed with comp you know.
