Default Is PPV a reliable source of CPA traffic?

I have an ebook about using pay per view networks like mediatraffic for driving traffic to CPA offers.

But do most CPA affiliate managers condone this method?

If not, what is the best way to mask your source (assuming it is profitable in the first place)?

And for those who have used it, which is generally more profitable, PPC or PPV?

Ask your affiliate manager about promoting an offer via ppv traffic. Some offers specifically state that they allow it, some don't. i.e. Neverblue calls it "DLS" or downloadable software

Do not try to mask your ppv traffic thinking it won't be caught. Yes it's easily tracked. So stay within the guidelines and watch out if the advertiser says pop-up trafffic or downloadable software.

Even using double meta refresh? Doesn't that hide the referrer?

ppv is pretty much universally accepted unless otherwise stated.

The biggest thing with PPV, many companies require a large deposit to get started, some as high as $1000 and more, and it takes A LOT of money to test and find the right offers and rotations that work
