Default Best way to set up double meta refresh?

What is the best way to test if a double meta refresh process is actually working? And I have read about a couple different ways of doing it, so what is the best? I would just rather that none of my traffic be traced by any of my affiliate managers to play it safe.

I tried posting the code here but the forum kept giving me an error, but here is a link that does a good job of explaining it:

If you do a google search for Double Meta Refresh you should also find some other tutorials that will make it easy for you to implement.

Also depends on if you are doing it for a wordpress blog or for a regular html-site...there are plugins for WP that will take care of that for you. Otherwise, like stated above, just google it...there are tons of tutorials. Or check with some blackhatters, they are experts on that stuff.

I actually used my SSL site (httpS) to blank out my referrers. Works beautifully. If you already have one of those sites set up, it's a lot easier (for me) than setting up double meta refreshes.

Does it work? I don't know, but take a look see and report back.
