Wonder if anyone here can help. I have a yahoo marketing account, with a starting/ min balance of $30. It seems like they (Yahoo) can automatically charge your account the set min ($30) if they feel that your account does not have the minimum required funds to run campaigns, and charge your C/C, is there a way to reduce this limit or stop them from doing so?.

I would much rather my funds get depleted and let me make the decision whether to prepay my account, rather than having them do it for me!.

you need to email or call yahoo and they will change it (i have done this)

In the admin area set the account status to OFF, this stops auto charging your credit card and your Ad campaigns

When I turned this option to "off" it told me that this account will stop showing my ads!.

What I'm trying to do is a scenario where I can say prepay my account with $30 and let my campaigns run it's $30 cost, and would like yahoo to ask me whether I would like to prepay again, rather than charging my C/C automatically!.

I've got 5 accounts w/ Yahoo, and I do the same thing every time I set up a new one. Immediately after setup, just call their customer service # on the bottom of the screen and just tell them that you would like to be taken off the automatic payment system and you want to control when you make payments.

They are very accustomed to this request and will change it w/o any hassles.
