Prosper202 and Cookies

I'm finding a few leads in my Maxbounty acct. that aren't showing up in Prosper202. Not that I'm complaining

So Prosper202 shows 4 leads from that campaign today and Maxbounty shows 6. Can this be because the user signs up at a later time and still has the cookie, but it doesn't get reflected in Prosper202?

to have your leads show up in p202, you need to import the subid's

I use the tracking pixels and they show up fine that way (no need to import sub-ids), but still the numbers are off by a few.
