Interesting article, thanks for that. It underscores the need for ethics in marketing, especially with regards to using people's names without their permission and for implicit endorsements, as the lawsuit by Harpo charges.

Off topic, that "URL shortener" (and I use the term loosely since the URL wasn't all the short) you used is extremely annoying. In my first pass through (as I was blazing through tab after tab) I thought the link was broken. I'm not a big fan of URL shorteners to begin with, but that takes the concept to a whole new level of disdain in my book.
