I was just wondering, is it hard to get accepted by Commission Junction? If so what are some tips to better my chances?

Read the aforementioned thread, but cj should be relatively easy to join. If you are looking to do more typical cpa offers, you should also consider networks that deal exclusively with these kinds of offers like neverblue, hydra, etc.

Personally, I find CJ a very confusing interface, beaten only by Affiliate Window in confusing me.

It takes me hours to navigate through and find what I am looking for, the CJ search just never seems to give me what I am looking for even when I am there specifically searching for a particular company that I know use CJ. e.g. you're on a website and they say "we use CJ, join CJ to be an affiliate ..." so I log in and just can't find them.

Damned nuisance.

Go with a general consumer electronics website and you should be fine. In fact CJ accepts pretty much any site. Individual programs will then approve you themselves. This is where it can get tricky.

CJ is very easy to join. It's pretty much instant approval after filling out the application.

Honestly, CJ is one of the easier networks to get accepted to.

Yes CJ is pretty easy to get approved for. But then each merchant you join has their own approval process. It helps to get approved by most merchants if you have a site related to their niche.
