Default Is this CPA fraud?

I was running an XBox offer on Facebook ads. It's a simple email submit from Azoogle..
Over 150 clicks and not a single signup!

It's a free offer and I've targetted the right market (18-30 and 18-40 yrs). I don't understand this. Any help/suggestions?

Try the same offer from a different CPA network and see if the results are different. This happens. Its not like the networks will tell you. Ask you AM about EPC on the offer and tell him what is going on.

It could be either.

The best thing, before moving CPA networks, would be to call your affiliate manager. Just confront them, don't be rude. They may want to see if you're a dodgey affiliate or not. If you are dodgey, you're more likely to duck and not speak to them.

From my experience FB advertising has never brought me any results either. It just could be the landing page of the offer. Maybe try a different offer and see what results you get.

Your ad may just not be converting.

But, if there is shaving, ( very likely ) then it would probably be on the advertisers side, not so much the network. even though the networks can, normally its the advertisers.

So tracking issues? Nope, just shaving!

I would put money on it that its the advertiser.

Those email submits get a bunch of fraud they have to make money, so they shave to make up the difference.

I would try a different offer ( make sure its not the same advertiser ) and see what happens, azoogle is a good network from what I have found.

Email submits are hit or miss. Some networks just have tracking problems with them. I have had over 6,000 clicks with an offer from azoogle and only made $90 or so.

In my experience make sure the offer is tracking correctly. You also need to tweak your ad. Did you test your ad anywhere else but facebook?

Also, like Micha said- there is probably a high level of shaving going on. There usually is with email submits.

no where else yet... was just testing with FB so I can invest in more media... but it's hard to believe that no one would enter an email address. I'll test with a redirect so I can track.... let's see..

Yea. It is pretty much a guarantee at least one of those 150 entered their email address. It was shaved, or not tracked correctly. That is the game you deal with in some email submits however.

I have had such campaigns before. May be a pixel tracking problem!
