I get a feeling that CPA seem to be IM's best kept secret... Is it true?

Most online marketers seem to be trying to make money with Clickbank or Amazon affiliates... They don't seem to know CPA much... I didn't until a few week ago and I have been trying to make money since forever with the power of the tubes!

I assumed that b/c there is a lot less people here on the CPA threads.

Hmmm... What do you think?

I think that a lot more people are involved with CPA than many realize.

Every person that I have talked to that a majority of people would consider "successful" not only is doing CPA - But they have been doing it for a while.

Actually not necessary true. Back in the days of GPT (Get Paid To) around early 2000s, there were already many of such CPA offers - though not that lucrative.

Back then, you only get to earn points for every action taken. And these points can then be converted to cash at end of month. If times are good, you make more.

It's only till recent years where the big networks like MarketLeverage, Commission Junction, NeverBlueAds came to the scene - promoting big time money for every action taken then it seems that CPA is getting big.

I tend to agree. Even though there are alot of young marketers still in college making a killing on a daily basis with CPA most would rather fly below radar.

Just look at some threads that advise you to pick the top 3 landing pages and virtually "steal" them by copying them almost exactly.....how many people really want that? If we are all "borrowing" from each other it's no wonder people want to keep their cards close to the vest.

I think one of the reason people are not involved in CPA is because of the offer limitation to a particular country.Most CPA offer only accept US traffic unlike Clickbank that allows traffic from any part of the world.For me CPA is the best.Easy to convert but i have my Clickbank sites as well.
