AdWord QC 10/10, But No Ad Showing

I have quality score 10/10 but, Adword says that none of the keywords trigger my Ads.... ?

The same thing happened to me last week on a new campaign, it gave me 10/10 QS but no impressions. A few days later the QS went to 7/10 and I was getting impressions/clicks, it looks like a small bug in the adwords system.

	* CPA WSO REVIEWS * "100% UNIQUE" - "AMAZING METHOD!" - "I MADE $1000" - "IT'S NOT RECYCLED CRAP!" It has NOTHING to do with: PPC,PPV, SEO, media buys, craigslist, email submits, polls, incentive offers, gateways, forums, google trends, ewhoring, myspace, youtube, videos, web 2.0, social networking, ebay, get paid to sites, buying leads etc...
