How do International publishers evaluate CPA offers before promoting them

I am from India and I just got accepted in to a CPA network. However, I am unable to preview the offers. The error message just says "error" and nothing else. This happens only for US & Canada specific offers. So, I believe this is mainly because I am outside US.

Can anyone advice me only how to preview these offers? I would really like to see the landing pages, banners etc before I promote any CPA offer. Any suggestions?

Use a proxy server in the country for the offer you want to view.

Yes, I'm from Brazil and the same happens. Just search on Google for 'proxy' and it's gonna be easy to solve your problem.

Can anyone tell me how to use US proxy on my computer? Also, R CPA Networks OK with that?

Go to this site and enter the url of the cpa offer in the address bar there.

You will see the page like a US resident would.

Thank you Dean. I also wanted to know how to get the banners for these offers. CPA Bullet, it appears does not provide the banners.

If the banners aren't provided you'll have to make them yourself or hire a graphics designer. Quite frankly the banners that the networks give you aren't that great most of the time anyway and you can get something a lot better designed.

I never log in to the network using the proxu, save creatives on Hard drive before I start promoting....

Save the link and wiew with proxy... I know it is a pain....

Some do allow you to view on site but not all...

Honestly, Ask your AM at the network. Most of the time the CPA Networks have a link where you can view the page of the offer without going through the geo-ip scripts.

International here as well, use hotspot shield launch and no problem even if there are ads every time you connect with different ip.
