Anyone successful with These Silver,Gold And Platinum Type of Offers?

Hello

I'm just starting to consider CPA offers as a source of revenue.
I'am already a member on affiliate.com and ClickBooth..

I browsed the offers on both, I didn't find any offer so appealing..

Most of the email submit offers are of this type where the prospect has to complete promotion offers (silver, gold, platinum..etc) and to refer others to get the freebie promised,

Well, I just put myself in the shoes of the prospect, and honestly, I'll never bother to submit my email to such offers..

But, maybe that's just me..

Does anyone here achieve real success with such offers?

Did anyone get a decent volume of sign ups for such an offer?

Plz share experience
