On some campaigns in Neverblue, mainly the freebie email submits, I notice campaigns that only list united states on allowed countries, but the offer is viewable outside the USA. Does this mean that if a non-USA ip submits an email they keep the email address but do not pay you? I have heard similar stories of advertisers doing little tricks like this to boost their leads for free. Can anyone confirm or deny this for me? |
