Do subdomains work well with cpa?

I need a little advice. I am fairly new to cpa, and would rather not buy a domain name for every offer I try. I have a domain name that is generic like productreviews.com

So if the product I was promoting was Acai Berry the domain could be something like
acaiberryfreetrial.productreviews.com

All my traffic is from free seo methods, backlinks, bookmarking, ect.

Do you think this works as well as having a separate domain for each product?

Havin a seprate domain for a particular niche cn b vry helpful bt if u dont wnt to spend much cash...u cn equally combine related niches in one domain
