Hello everybody, I was wondering just what the *competition* is like in this niche, and how *hard* would it be for somebody to "break through" with this niche?
Also, if anybody here is promoting a CPA offer in the life insurance niche, how *well* does it convert, per every 100 visitors? Is it normal to get like 7/100 (7%) visitors to sign-up for an offer? Thanks! |

Anything in the financial space is pretty competitive.
Not only are there a lot of well established affiliates in the life insurance marketing space but you have big insurance companies with big marketing budgets, tons of insurance brokers and lots of lead gen aggregators. Having said that, where there's a will there's a way, so not trying to discourage. If you have some online marketing skills and are well versed at SEO or PPC it may be worth a try. But if you are a brand new newbie, it would probably be pretty tough. |

I have tried doing PPC for Life insurance and can just telll you that it's cut throat and cpc is way high than you want to pay. However I have done very well on health forums with it as they payouts are awesome.

Hey guys, but what if you can rank using *SEO*, which is the *preferred* method of promotion (for me)? If I can get in the *top 3* spaces on Google's Page 1, wouldn't it become "lucrative" enough for me? In my eyes, "lucrative" would be something like $150-per-day...

Life is good, Health if Awesome. With people loosing their jobs like crazy, the 'discount' health offers are gold right now.
Please, Please...PLEASE do not use PPC. Please! Dont do it. Go to communities (not forums...communities) where people are either looking for a job (you know they are either unemployed or under employed) or who have just lost their job. Pull them out of that community...present them with an offer and make money. That simple method will make you $100 per day with free health leads. Once you figure out your exact method that can be replicated easily, outsource the entire thing and start looking for the next offer. |
