I have been using T202 to track my CPV campaigns, and when it works it is great but seems like I can not depend on it to work. And there support is lacking at best. Can some one give me some alternative. Preferably free and for now one I do not have to host, but I will consider all possibilities. Thanks for your help!!! Bruce |

What problems do you seem to be having with it specifically?

| First off so you know I bid on URL's using PPV traffic. I am getting no results showing under spyview and none of my target URL's are showing up when I look under the keyword tab either. I thought this might be operator error since I started having this problem when I started some new campaigns, but a few days back I started a campaign I had ran in the past that worked then. It is having the same problem. Showing clicks in the overview screen and nothing else. Bruce |

It goes after the "kw=" in the "Get LP Links" portion of prosper. Also, is this self hosted or subscription on their servers? If it's self hosted, make sure you're on a dedicated server and not a shared server. If it's on shared, most likely, you're gonna burn that thing out real fast with PPV traffic. So, it wouldn't track all of your clicks or views if the server is down.

As I said in the above post It was working in the past. So to answer your question yes I am using the tracking code. I have had problems like this in the past also. These have always worked them selves out in a short time. I would have to pause my campaign then restart it the next day and all would be fine. This time it has been going on for a few weeks. I am wanting to ramp up my efforts, but with my limited time due to day JOB and family I do not have time to screw with inconsistent results from the tools I use. I also know some will say it is a free tool, but if this is all the better it works than what can I expect from the paid version? The same just now I am paying? Bruce

Prosper can be a pain in the butt, to be honest. And a lot of the other trackers cost a lot of money to get ahold of. I do use Stats Junky though but you can't beat prospers tracking once it's up and running well. Sorry I wasn't much help here.

Ok I started this thread 4 days ago to see if there was an alternative to Tracking202 and no one has even one? After the lack of support I have gotten from the 202 guys I really do not want to give them money so I can then host there app on my own domain. I went back through there customer forum and this is an ongoing problem. And who can run campaigns when you do not know if you will get the stats you need to optimize them!!! So I ask again is there any other tracking scrips out there free or paid that someone can recommend I should look into. The only one I have seen was in someones sig here on WS called AdTrackzPro. Any thoughts on that one? It looks like I would need a separate domain for each campaign. Please Help! Bruce |

If you're doing low amounts of volume then AdTrackzPro will work fine, but if you're pushing big numbers then I'd stay away from it because it can become highly unstable.

I'd like to bump this thread as I'm looking for alternatives to Prosper 202 to track my PPV campaigns as well. Stats Junky looks interesting but it's pricey. What else is out there?

HyperTracker.com - ad tracker I haven't used it for CPV/PPV traffic so make sure it can handle the traffic volume. John

I'd love to find something that wasn't subscription based.

none of the mentioned trackers a re really good... they're all ages old. and i'd also love to find something other than 202.... they should have a paid feature where you can speak to a tech or setup person who knows the software.... i'd pay for that in a heartbeat. i'm trying to run my OWN campaigns on facebook (my own offers) but can't for the life of me figure out how to setup 202. I have no way of knowing which ads are doing well and which arent. and i've designed a lot of websites and consider myself above average in the tech dept. scratching my head as well... |
