HIghest paid free sign-up CPA?

Any one can recommend a free-signup CPA that has high payout?

I've tried friendfinder but the comission is horrible - $1 for male signups; $2 for female signups.

Is that the payout for the full profile? Because we pay on average $3.00 for full profile, or address submit. We're also paying on average $1.30-$1.50 for just a zip code or email. Here's a thread with some details:

You can get over $10 for auto insurance signups, attorney leads, and over $30 for payday loans.

If you're in the dating niche stay away from friendfinder and mate1, singlesnet and fling convert way better

Adult Date Link...$2 per email submit and bonuses on top of that. Easily 1K a week with a decent marketing strat. I make about $3.50 per email sub (bonuses included) and I convert around 1 in 3.

FF is a LITTLE low but its not 'horrible'. Thats what you get for non CC offers. If you do a CC offer (trail) you'll make more.

WEGCASH has free tube sites which you get paid when someone registers.

I think after so many videos, it makes them register too =)

Rude works too. Seattle mentioned WEG and they are great too. WEG switches you to revshare very quickly....so dont make more than $3,000 a month or you'll be on percentage.

Compared to pay per signup, how much do you make from revshare? Much less?
