Hi guys,
Long time reader first time poster. I've been involved in IM for a long time, but from other perspectives and I'm finally diving into article marketing, CPA, PPC, Media buys, etc. I have a couple of doubts that you guys might be able to help me out: I'm starting just to get a feel of things, a blog where I plan to publish content about health offers with links to CPA offers. I'm worried with the new FTC changes and rising scam awareness about this offers as to how much the blogger or content maker that promotes this type of offers is responsible for damages to the end user. Will a simple disclaimer, remove responsibility from the blogger? Additionally, do you guys register the domains of your offer websites with your real names or use private registration methods? Thanks, Faborito. |

It's best to use hosted sites for stuff like this. Use a bunch of free sites (blogger, squid, hub, etc.) as link wheels around your main site. Don't put the offer into the free sites, but put it on your main site. Better yet, make your main site a squeeze page to build a list.
I'm not sure about removing the responsibility but hosting is cheap enough so I'd just go that way. |
