Recommended Incentive Offers

I just got the BlueFart codebreaker gateway script and I'm looking for some incentivised offers to use with it.

I had a look through the ones that max bounty has and they're a real hassle to do. 4 long pages for most of them. I have the feeling that my conversion rates would be a joke if I was to use those..

Can anyone recommend some incentivised CPA offers that would be quicker for the visitor and ultimately convert better?

I make close to $20 per day on a website I haven't touched in who knows how long with CPA Lead. Doesn't convert great but with my movie site, people fill out the surveys fairly often. Dunno if this helps at all.

Low paying email submits and long, intrusive surveys with a slightly better payout are pretty much your only options when it comes to 100% free incentive offers. If your doing big numbers you can get access to some incentive trial offers, but you'll be expected to deliver at least 100 leads per day and keep the quality (low cancellation rates) inline with advertiser expectations.
