Default Autopopulating email submit forms?

Does anyone know of an easy way (standard way) to autopopulate an email address for an email submit (CPA) if its provided via another form?

Example

Person opts in to your mailing list with their email address and when the click submit it launches the email submit offer with their email address already populated?

Thanks

Ummm...it sounds like you may need some kind of script to do that. I'm not sure how the CPA networks will take it. They might consider it a blackhat strategy.
