What offer/product are you running ? Something fishy ? Google just discovered you and ****ed you while you sleep
What pages look like ? Did you cloaked aff links ? Did you created additional info besides that ? You shouldn't copy anything. Unfortunately everything needs to be new! If it will not help, then only new account. |

You can try to improve your low quality score at adwords. In almost every case, an account can be saved, opening a new account may violate their terms, it is far better to work on improving than to risk it all.

Youve been slapped but you dont need to open a new account.
This just means Google took a more in depth look at your campaigns and found that it wasnt relevant, went against their TOS, or its just bad for overall user experience. What you have to do is try and work with Google. Dont try and trick google, just just and promote in a way that satisfies TOS and creates a good experience for Google users. They will then reward you with sustainably good quality score. I would need more information about your campaign to give you specific advice. |

If you log into your account online, I believe you can be given a brief explanation of where the problem area/s are.
It could be any one of or a combination of the following: Destination site too thin Landing page irrelevant to keywords/ad Keywords not relevant to ad Low CTR |

My advice is to check the keywords in your site and make sure they are the same as in your ads. Make sure to have "relevant" content and at least a few additional pages (not just a squeeze page). A "privacy policy" and a "contact us" page helps to add legitimacy too. Cut and paste a few articles (like from ezine) that are relevant and you should get a good enough Google score.

Yes, it is crucial to attack landing pages as landign sites now. You have to think a little broader than in the good ol days where direct linking and single page lps worked wonders. Times have changed but the potential is still there.
The winners are those that have good content and good whole sites in order to achieve a good QS but still are able to funnel visitors right to the action or offer. Thats where the gold is. |

Hi Thanks, I did redo the ad. with some new keywords and it is now running again although not producing anywhere near the figures it was however I have noted that there are now a lot of others trying the same product, could this have caused the initial problem. Also I wonder if they will actually make it work. They seem to show at the top of all the CPC terms one wonders how they will profit at such a high cpc for a 30 dollar sale? Perhaps I should just pause and wait till they dissapear again.

Oh there you are Dave haha, thanks for the pm.
Yeah who knows about the competition. Time will tell whether they are paying an arm and a leg to get in those positions or if they are achieving a tremendous quality score and therefore paying very little. All you can do is the normal strategy for building a new campaign and going from there. Luckily what you have is experience with the keywords, so you the price points, profitability margins, traffic, etc That can help a lot. |
