It will depend on what is your client's business.
First check if there are searches for client's services or product. If the number is more than 3 thousand, its a good niche. Note that most properly this is only geo targeted area, make sure you find out the actual search for that area only. Second, use the Google Free Adwords tools to find out what are the other search terms they people are searching online (note: geo targeting again). Third, find out how many compititors are there in PPC and SEO, using the keywords that appear in the Free Adwords Tool. Create landing page for PPC. Make sure that there is a form or contact or even email for them to contact you. Then create PPC campaign for this niche. Wait and watch. |

Yes as Josh said make sure you are geo-targeting so you aren't paying for leads that have no chance of converting. If your client is selling a service or product that doesnt have geo constraints, then forget about the geo part.
Your best bet is to try and make your process as automated as possible. The goal will be for you to set up the system so work automatically in the future. Of course, there will be upfront work to optimize your ppc campaigns and set up the technical aspect. Your landing page should pre-sell the the visitor and then have some kind of form that stores all leads in a database that you will then sell on a per lead basis to your client. The next step is negotiating lead price with the client. If you know you are generating leads of interested people that are pre-sold from your landign page and know exactly what the clients service is all about, then dont be afraid to negotiate for a good lead price. Remember, this is a partnership between you and your client. They want to make money from these leads and you want them to make a lot of money, because then they will be willing to pay you more per lead. So, try and work up a good relationship with the client and try and get them to internally track the backend conversion of your leads. |

I see what you mean. Thanks for all the inouts.
The things is I will try to send traffic to their existing web page. 1-can I collect leads if they don't let me change their website(big real esate)? How I can generate valid leads? 2-if I create a landing page for them I assume I can add email optin on one side, phone track, what else? |
