Something freaking hilarious happen today. I have a personal blog and because this one does not really comply with the offer allowed method of promotion( not really black, but not white either), but I will just ask my AM anyway, and this is the conversation:

Me: hey, I have this blog for a long time and I want to drive some traffic to it, is that ok? I wonder if the advertiser will have any problem seeing the traffic from this blog?
My AM: very easy, just hide your referrer with DMR
Me: ????

the first time I actually see an AM tell me to hide my traffic, I almost die from laughing. By the way, this only apply to my AM, he is one of the coolest AMs in the industry since he actually went throught a lot of stuffs before becoming AM.

so yeah, talk to your AMs, they are the one who work with you, so don't be afraid, the last time my payment was late, I talked to him and I saw some cash laying my bank account the next day. So yeah, open to your AM, but don't spit out everything( I know an idiot who spit out his traffic source and he got banned the next day from the network). Some AMs are true a**holes, but fortunately, I can work with some of the best ones and it's big help(not all, but the guys can help me are very nice and cool in what I'm doing)

anyway, rant time over, get my ass back to work, have lots of money to make

Thats pretty cool conversion .I remember at the early stage when i enter in the cpa ,market I lots fear to ask AM about anything and ask dump question to the forum and people always suggest me go and ask the AM and finally i did and yeah ,Its was cool and i just got a one conclusion that AM will not eat you just go and ask but i never got such a cool answers from any AM like what you have got .

Yes some affiliate managers are really cool and they can be a great resourc. Its very crucial to build a solid trusting relationship with them.
