Default Unauthorized Access?

Has anyone had this happen to them before? If so, what would cause something like this to trigger on Google's end?

Are you using proxies sometimes and then sometimes not to access your account? I don't know, but it seems like instead of making you wait a simple phone call to you would suffice. Do they have a contact number?

Just look for the adword number online and call them.
