Any way to make your own Content Gateway for CPAs?

I know cpaleads is a good network that uses a content gate but Im wondering if there is any way I can create my own content gate so I can use it for other cpa networks that allow incentives.

Like is there an html code for a content gateway that would say "to unlock this content please fill out one of these offers" and then viewer would have to complete a cpa offer to see my content.

It would be nice to know if I can get my own code for it because I have a blogger blog that gets 500 uniques a day.

Research Black Hat Codebreaker. I don't have a link for you but it looks like you could use this script. It's highly customizable and would do the work just fine with incentive offers.
