Is there a site to find ezines or newsletters that allow advertising?

Hello, I appreciate any comments from members on ezine/newsletter advertising.

Question: I want to grow my list by advertising in email lists that are highly targeted. My niche is forex education, but most email brokers don't have that specific category. They may have something like "finance" or "investing" but nothing that specific. Is there an effective way to search for ezines/newsletters in my niche that offer advertising?

So far I've been doing it the slow way- searching for sites in my niche, subscribing to the newsletters and seeing if they have advertising.
