If you haven't had any success with CPA then perhaps give this concept a try. Celebrities are absolutely huge on the internet, from gossip to news, to pictures, to youtube videos, clelebrity names are hot for traffic. Now you can still make a lot of money getting traffic from old celebrities like britney spears or ricky martin.

But for newbies there is sooo much opportunity for new and upcoming celebrities. Whether you start your own blog or create articles and videos, maybe give the celebrity theme an idea. Maybe build a fan site for that celebrity and dont even try to monetize at first, just try and build traffic. Then monetize in the once you are seeing decent traffic.

The reason I decided to share is because for fun, I decided to set up a campaign based on Justin Bieber. (yes, i'm a little embarrased to admit that, but whatever) A few months ago I had no idea who he was but saw him on somebodys myspace page and then looked around the internet and didnt see that much about him. So I set up a campaign and now it gets a very nice amount of traffic, all free traffic.


So, look around for upcoming celebrities. There is huge opportunity for celebrities in other countries as well. Then set up a blog or site. You can either work at promoting it yourself and doign seo stuff or get a little lucky like I did. In then end, if the celebrity turns out to be a super sensation, you will have set yourself up for some good income in the future! Plus if you do a lot of seo with it which shouldnt be that hard for newer celebs, then all that traffic will be free organic.

Another idea I would give Kenster is TV shows like White Collar, Greys Anatomy, and all those. You basically start talking about each actor or each upcoming actor and what will happen. With a little research its easy. In the beginning just add content and keep adding content and when the show hits then add your ads and start seeing converions. You can easily do this on a free site like blogger or hubpgaes if you don't wanna spend anymoney.

Celebrity weight loss can be huge. Keep an eye on Google Trends, Yahoo Buzz, Lycos...etc etc.

There is a girl named Ashley Qualls who started a website giving myspace themes for free, and she made big money by just by earning advertising revenue. I would certainly like to learn about putting ads on blogs... like Google Adsense for a start. I like your idea of blogging about trending topics or starting a fan site for celebs. Actually, how do you monetize a website by using ads alone? I'm not familiar with Adsense or ads in general.

I don't think there's anyting wrong with that. I've written articles and quoted people's names like Robert Kiyosaki in them. There should be freedom of speech. If rappers diss one another and not end up in trouble with the law, I don't see anything wrong with simply quoting names. The worst case scenario for us would probably be beef if you happened to offend the celeb.

I've written hundreds of articles for different kinds of celebs, but I haven't encountered any problem with it. Sometimes I use words that may offend them, maybe they haven't found it out or they just don't have the time to waste.

Yep, I put you on. Keep in mind that I decided to hold off on releasing for another two weeks because I am going on vacation next week and want to be around in case there are any download problems and to make sure it goes smoothly.


You can do either. Just keep in mindyour demographic. If you are doing a celebrity like I did (Justin Bieber) your audience is going to be younger and predominantly female. So think in terms of your audience. I am a 14 year old chick. I probably dont have money so I would test out non-credit card offers like email submits that also relate to that audience (Twilight New Moon offers maybe) or maybe I go with a higher payout ringtone offer as many young girls are into that. Test it out and the results wont lie.

Yes, my first campaign ever that blew up was a celebrity weight loss related campaign.

HINT: Try finding celebrities that have their own weight loss program that they just came out with. These keywords will blow up if you catch them early. Huge money maker.


You dont necessarily need to have celeb endoresement...i would highly not recommend that for the legal implications. Having a blog about a celebrity and promoting you offer can be done fine, just make it so the reader easily understands the celeb isnt themsleves endorsing the product. Just put a banner ad up or something. Many ways to do this



See above but it all depends what your target demographic is going to be which is based on the celebrity you are doing.

I'm not a lawye by any means so I dont want to give any specific advice. Just be smart and overly cautious and approach it that way. The point isnt to make it an andorsement by the celeb, the point is to use the celeb to draw traffic and then seperately monetize that traffic.

Have you seen any good offers with celebrity endorsements or celebrity branded products? If so let me know, I'm looking for some. I like to target them on sites that have relevant SEO links. So for example, if it was a Oprah endorsed or branded product, it'd be good to put those ads on blogs talking about Oprah and linking to her site, etc.

I would just urge you to be cautious as celeb endorsements have been getting in hot doo doo lately. Most cpa offers dont have real celeb endorsements and it can be you as the affiliate of these offers that can still get in FTC trouble
