Max Bounty problem ($150 not showing)

Ok, i always try to look at things from other persons point of view, but this is just ....
I had about $150 in my max bounty account which is from my first month and a half working with them. Now, they pay... i guess every 15 of each month. But from the first day of december, my account doesn't show that $150 at all. just couple of dollars from this past couple of days. And in my payment section it doesn't show anything pending either. So, i thought its the way they do things. They just start from zero each month.

being a newbie, and not being sure,i sent an email to my AM asking here if she could somehow help me with this. Now i know i am not the only affiliate working for them, plus i am not making them that much money yet to waist that much of their time,( i know some may say: no, a worker, affiliate or whatever you ganna call it, is the same as all the other, but its just me, i always try to not say: me me me...).

So i waited a couple of days, no response. Mean while i am getting emails from her about new offers and such(probably automated ones though).

Any way i waited 4 days, and after the forth day i sent another email saying " i am sorry, i thought you may not have gotten my old email so i am sending it again, if you did get the old one and haven't had time to reply, then please forgive me for sending another email, if you didn't get that one, then here is my question....."

That, was 4 days ago!
I don't want to be rude to her or have her feeling hurt. I mean we all are human and don't like to hear negative things about ourselves. But i need to figure this out. In a normal situation i don't care about $150 or so, but its a different situation for me. I have been out of job (i am new to AM, my income comes from my little hardwood flooring company)for the past 4 months, and now every dollar counts as i am struggling to pay my bills. I need to know if i can count on that money or not.

And i can tell you that it wasn't a cheating deal, that they may have thought i used wrong method or faked the leads or something like that. Because first of all, i do not like to make dirty money, secondly if, IF that was the case, i am sure i would have gotten an email, plus my account would have been bann.

Now i have two questions-
1- Do you know what's happening with the money situation? is that a normal deal with most or some affiliate networks? or...
2- Does your AM takes that long to reply to you? is it normal? am i just not giving her enough time to respond? or...

This might sound a bit obvious, but did you set your date to custom and manually determine the time frame which you would like to see?

Who is your AM? Stephanie Burton? If that is the case she is usually great

Your "Account History" report should show your $150 as being paid on or around 12/15, so you have a few days yet.

To see your last month's earnings, try this: Go to "Reports" on the top menu, and on the second drop-down, choose "Last Month." Then click "Run Report." When I do that, I see all the clicks, actions, and earnings from November, and your $150 should show up at the bottom of the Earnings column.

Hello there,

I took a look at your account and what Christie says is absolutely correct. Simply go to the reports tab and look at your stats for November. You'll see the $150 is still there.

You will not see the payment actually made until Dec 15th.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Yes I think the best approach always is to call your affiliate manager if you have ay issues. Its good to get some things in writing which is why AIM is so great, but if you need answers immediately, just give them a call.

Thank you all for responding to this thread. Yes what Christie,steven and bravo say is correct. I knew that i could see my earning that way, but being a newbie, i was confused as to why it doesn't show in the total amount. Thank you for that, now i know how it works.

Bravo, I am sorry i don't want to be rude, but i don't know if its appropriate to mention her name here, specially after i complained about here. After all she may be a great AM but just this time maybe didn't have time to respond or whatever, so i don't want to give here a bad image. So i wont name her here. Hope you understand.

Kenster, The reason i didn't call here, is because again i don't want to take their time too much, and figured email is the best way to approach. I feel like they have to deal with not just one person, but many people like me, so i don't want to give them more headache.

Any way, thank you all for taking the time to help me out understand this.
