Reputable Media Buying Networks

With the popularity of media buys growing, I wanted to find out if anyone has had any success with media buy networks over others. Just like with all the PPV networks out there, some are much better than others.

I received an email from a media buy network called Meta Network and couldn't find much info on them and any other media buying network for that matter.

Anyone have any experience with Meta Network or other similar networks?

Yes, that is the one. They claim to get over billions of impressions per month.

There is very little information on their site. Appears to be HQ'ed in Israel.

Well, I am looking but finding almost no information on them.

Their whois record shows a lot of domain account activity. Maybe legit, maybe a red flag, no enough info to determine.

They are listed with D&B which may be a plus.
