Link Cloaking for cpa offers?

Hey guys, it may sound like a very simple and stupid question to ask for some of you, but most of you know that i am still learning about cpa. My question is, is link Cloaking allowed for cpa offers? Like can i use pretty link plug-in to Cloake my cpa affiliate links on my blog? Or does it depend on the network your dealing with?
Because i know a lot of people don't like the affiliate links and they just open a new browser without your aff link. I mean you do the actual work getting them to their and its not far, but what can you do. So that's why i ask the Cloaking question. I have been hearing different things about it. Thanks

meta refresh is the easiest plus you can make the name of the html file whatever you want to.

I agree. I also use Simple Link Cloaker plugin on my wordpress blogs. It's free and very easy to use.

Thank you both for responding, but my question is actually about the use of link cloaker. I know you guys use it but i want to know if its allowed or if there is any restriction on how far you can go with it? thanks.

It depends... If your visitors are tech savvy in the niche then link cloaker may be needed, but in my experience, almost 99% of visitors don't care about link and all they know about is clicking

From the CPA side, they're more happy if you use direct linking!

Link Cloaking is usually a mandatory stuff for blackhatters!
