Anybody successfully advertising on MSN with CPA offers?

Hey All,

I have been trying to advertise email submits on MSN advertising and having no positive results. When I called the support, they told me that MSN has stopped allowing negative billing options (acai berry etc) and all our email submit type offers. Can anybody confirm what support told me or are some of you actually getting impressions for these types of offers?

I run 1 cpa campaign through msn and I never had a problem.However it is a short form submit in the real estate field.
