Geo-targeting EPN or Ebay Affiliate Editor Kit Links?

Can this be done? I know you can do this with the link generator with ebay but not the editor kit. I would love to geo target the editor kit links that ore displayed on my PHP web site. It would make it more user friendly experience for people from othe countries.

I already know about phpbay but I am sure there is other ways of doing this for the editor kit in ebay epn dashboard.
