you can. However, Ezine only allows you to use a redirect from a root domain instead of placing an aff link directly in your resource box. EX: you would have to link to www.bulls**tdomain.info that would redirect to aff link. they wont let you do any subdomains or folders though. so no www.subdomain.bulls**tdomain.info or www.bulls**tdomain.com/anything - hope that helps
