HELP - Looking for Information on "How To" Scope Affiliate Netowrk for Offline Client!!!

Hi,

I have a proposal meeting with a client tomorrow and they (now tell me) they also want to know how I'd set up and manage an affiliate network for them.

I'm looking for scoping information (what's included, not included, etc.) and pricing information (components, prices (set up & monthly, commissions, etc.), etc.).

I don't expect to have all of the answers for them tomorrow, but I need to have somewhat of an approach and some pricing information.

Any information is appreciated / thanks in advance, Chris

If you or anyone else knows, I am looking for recommendations on software to use to manage the program, good TOAs, etc. - basically, the "stuff I'd use to set up a program for them, or else a good way to review / pick an outsource partner to run it for me under my company brand...

	So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.
