I know it has been done a hundred times, but do these kind of sities get any real intrest?

Will people really complete surveys to earn amazon and itunes vouchers etc?

and where would I generate this kind of traffic from?

The traffic can come from anywhere. One of the best places is obvious PPC but if you don't have money find a forum related to the offer and put it in your profile (providing it's not against their TOS). Be a avid member and money will roll in eventually.

Craigslist is good, if you're good at following their rules and marketing there as well.
