What did you do to get that $5? Write it down, then repeat it, but don't repeat the actions that didn't make you that $5.

Nail it down to a 100% efficient system, then outsource. Viola! Riches!

Article marketing is great, I agree. I do article marketing daily, managed to achieve Expert status in loads of directories. So my articles' RSS is sent out to feeds first thing.... well i have found something nice to promote on bing and the stats show;

spend = 1.09

clicks = 4

impressions = 49

CTR% = 8.16%

AVG position = 1.92

and i am $134 up in life lol.

If you are spending $80 to make $70... hmmm, not good.

If you spending $60 to make $70, still not great, but it IS a clear profit and can hopefully be scaled up by removing any daily limits.

My point is, many people (especially those new to IM) fall into the dangerous trap of paying for traffic to an offer and only looking at the sales. They see a $10 sale and get excited, ignoring the fact that it took 20 clicks at $0.75 per click to get that $10 sale.

I must admit that I fell into this trap myself a while back. My exhilaration was short-lived when I finally looked at the books and realized that I had taken a small loss on the whole project. Oh well... live and learn.

Don't take your eye off of the ball. Monitor, test, and monitor some more. Learn to use Prosper 202, or some other tool for tracking. Always make sure you are in the clear on your ads. Good luck.

so far i have spent £1.09 on clicks, got 4 clicks, 2 of them converted. something like $35 commission per sale from clickbank.

Believe it or not I can still remember the first time I made my first dollar through Internet activities. Although was not necessarily in marketing I was real thrilled about the possibilities of doing something I enjoy in order to make money and take care of my family

Just one thing: the stats you refer to above are they different in relation to the project you were referring to when you started the thread? It's just that you mentioned your Copeac account in the OP, and now these stats are referring to Clickbank. I assumed one was CPA, whilst the other was affiliate marketing.

Congratulations man, i also had the same story but with neveblue. I remember have to be contacted with them and i didn't know what to say. And then i tried many things. Now i spend a lot on advertising and netting around 3k with multiple offers on one network.
