Hi everyone,

I just want to inform you of a network and a few people to stay far away from.

I know 4 other people who have the same story as me on working with these guys.

On November 2nd I signed a contract with these guys to broker my colon cleanse free trail offer to the networks at generate leads. I paid $2500 just for the sing up, It included a CRM but it never worked correctly with several things including some very basic things like working correctly with i contact and the auto responders. A very long story short, they never got my offer on any networks and never generated any leads. They claimed for a while that "Jar Media" had picked up the offer and they were working and talking with Jar media everyday trying to get them to get teh offer up and start generating leads blah blah blah. Well I contacted the advertising directer at Jar Media and they said quote: "We have not taken on that offer, if you would like to discuss opportunities please call me at 858 752 xxxx". This was after several weeks of the CPA BULLET guys saying that Jar media has picked up the offer.

Well, I have SEVERAL stories like this.... After a while I had determined they were a total scam and asked them for my money back. The contract clearly says that the $5500 lead deposit is refundable. The 2500 for the setup and brokering of the offer was never completed ( no leads and no networks setup ) plus all the little technical stuff that were not working. So that is also refundable.

I really don't need an attorney becuase this is such so clearly a scam, but I have attorneys and I will get my money back one away or another. I know 4 other people who have the same story and will probably post below.

Anyways, I could go on and on, that was the VERY short story version.

Just letting you guys know. dont do business with Gil Lazano Valencia, or his SON/PARTNER Sam Lazano.

There scams. And are not willing to work this out with out legal action.

I don't see this lasting long. I think you can't name and shame on warrior forum.

But, regardless, I am not surprised, if they are the cpa magic bullet guys, just another over-priced course with BS marketing.

I dont think your right. its very relevent, Im not a newbe member and I have seen this type of stuff posted here before. It is important to affiliate marketers becuase CPA BULLET is an active network.

Hmm wouldnt it be interested in this forum set up a section where only senior experienced warriors can post but that do exactly this...out scammers and such.

Of course it would only be valuable if experienced marketers can share their stories. Especially in this industry where there are a lot of quick buck scammers, may be helpful to have a section like this.

or then again, maybe not, who knows

MicahF7 - If you are looking for a Great CRM system I suggest the LimeLight CRM system it's by far one of the easiest to use and more robust systems I've ever seen. Be warned though it is a bit salty as far as price goes. It's $3500 Setup + $800 / month but it integrates with all the top Merchants and outputs ready to use / Customizable HTML to use on your Page 1 or Page 2 Submits.

I know of a friend also scammed by CPA Bullet on payments to his hard earned CPA earnings. He told me he joined CPA Bullet through referral by an active marketer when he bought a CPA course ! So .......................

there is a newer one coming out now....BgBng...(Big Bang)...It is a total solution for campaign management...tacking capability up to 6 levels..Helps with fraud and has card assoc.compliant platform...It is the the best thing out there been out for two- three weeks. It will be huge in the next year...

i heard they made 5 million dollars in one day selling the magic bullet system. they built it up for months and then released it....perfect example of people paying for hype, not quality.

If this is Cpabullet I rememeber someone selling a clickbank product with sam offering people 100% accetpance to there network,Think the product was Zero Friction Marketing if i remember also they still owe me commision cpa payments, Please say it aint them.

Two years ago I met this family in Miami Florida and they were in the Web hosting and Marketing biz. He had just sumbled upon the kiosks when we met. They got a few other Families involved and turns out, they scamed all of us for at least $50,000+ and ran to TX. We found out that he was doing the same before living in Miami (I think the Private Investigator said in CA) I googled his name this morning and found this site.. some things never change I guess...

Steve, thats a good point. There isnt a perfect system and I would hope the senior members would care more about truth, honesty, and their reputation than to give into dishonesty.

Who knows though, theres almost always a pricetag on everything...for better or worse
