I've just created my first adwords campaign, but it get status Disapproved. Google says in a help page that I need to fix the problem and resubmit the adword again ![]() When I click on the status field for my keyword, I get a message saying: "All text ads in this ad group have been disapproved." I'm using only one keyword with exact match: [skin care] (I use skin care as an example here) Not sure what I do wrong here. Is it not okay to only have one keyword like I did? I thought that was a pretty good idea as that keyword gets about 3000 search per month. And in addition it remove the need for adding negative keywords to the campaign.. Maybe I'm bidding to low, I set a max of $0.03 per click any suggestions? |

I'm no expert, but I'd imagine you need more than one keyword, and isn't the standard $0.25 per click?

What offer are you promoting? are bidding for just content or search network? your bid is way to low for that keyword you would need to bid at least 0.50cpc to get on the first page. also why would you bid on such a broad keyword like skin care? this is not a buying keyword it is someone who is still looking for information you need to figure out how to do keyword research properly or otherwise you will loose your shirt with adwords. |

| This isn't a broad keyword, it's [skin care] not skin care. I know the difference: skin care means every page where skin and care appear (??). Anyway skin care is just an example here, it's NOT my real keyword. I use it to illustrate my problem

Consider also the issue of broad or long-tail (more precise). I think that is what the other poster wants you to explore. | |

So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.
