Default How do I track when using multiple traffic sources?

Let's say I have a website that has multiple products on it, these are CPA offers for completion of the sale.

What if I were to use various search engine traffic from places like Google and also something like 7Search.

How would I setup my links to be trackable from both sources?

I hope I'm making sense with this question, if not, let me know and I can explain further.

Thanks!

You should know the IP addresses of that companies so when someone visit from their website you know that's from them.

the CPA company should offer some kind of tracking mechanism for that, e.g CPAleads

If not then ask their affiliate manager on how to do that. They should able to help you

I can understand using a subid for one type of search traffic, I could simply use a subID of "google". But what if you have more than ONE traffic source. Do you use multiple SUB ID's on the same link?

Research Tracking202/Prosper202, that will probably do the tracking that you need.

So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

Yes, you can do it with subid.

Just because the subid has some limitation for example the number of character and we want many information that can be tracked so we must design that one subid contain may informations.

So, every one click contains one unique random subid.

For example :

subid:92832897

It means that :
- campaign name : insurance
- traffic source : google
- network : neverblue
- click date/time : xxx
- etc as many information as we want

Yes, it can be done because I use it every day with this kind of tracking.

Depending on the campaign I use either SUB ID-s or use a tracking system called trac-ads, no ads here, it is unlimited usage, so can track as many links as you want, gives you a date stamp and IP address, too, but doesn't track conversions.
I still find it useful, because it hides the aff ids as well, and when I get the jingle sound on the computer (e.g. "lead made!" or "sale made" I will pretty much know where the click and conversion came from.
