| Example: Your affiliate network gives you this link to use: Code: http://www.qqytoqis.com/ais882lsa/aisodoja/2hjf8w Code: http://www.mysite.com/recommends/productX I know many affiliate networks don't mind this... SO MY QUESTION IS..... Does anyone know of any affiliate networks that do NOT allow this? (against TOS) |

This is perfectly fine, if not encouraged. No one wants their commission hijacked. Yes commissions can be hijacked if the link is not cloaked. < long story You will run into trouble if you start doing double meta refreshes or try to fake the referrer. If I see lots of blank referrers coming to my network I immediately start to think the traffic is shady. With a little research I can find out what the publisher is doing and most of the time it is against the advertisers TOS. If you are sending legit traffic, there is no reason to blank the referrer. |
